Spa Etiquette
• Please arrive 15 minutes early to fill out necessary forms
• We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you do not notify us of your cancellation,
we will charge you 50% of your services.
• If you arrive late to your scheduled appointment, your service time will be cut and
you will be charged for the full service.
We have both male & female therapists. You will be booked with whoever is available unless
you request otherwise.
